Initial site assessments and development appraisals provide both vendor and purchaser with a clear understanding of the development potential and value to be attributed to land and property assets. They are also a primary component in the formulation of short, medium and long-term strategies for guiding proposals through the planning system.

We carry out development appraisals for clients, whether it be as part of the land disposal process, the acquisition process, the valuation of land and property assets held in portfolio, or as a precursor to initiating a planning application for detailed development proposals.

A summary report advises the client of the development potential of the site or sites under consideration, the main issues that will be relevant to their proposal and the best strategy for moving forward.
