Summit Planning Associates was established in April 2012, by Chartered Town Planner and Managing Director, Amanda Olley.
After more than a decade of working in both the public and private development sectors, it was Amanda’s ambition to establish a planning consultancy practice that held at its heart the principle of providing independent and objective planning advice, tailored to the specific needs and requirements of the client, rather than an ‘off-the-shelf’ approach to every project. To provide a personal, but pragmatic service that is based upon a full and proper understanding of the financial, contractual and timescale pressures faced when trying to navigate the planning system.

Whilst we are a small team, working independently, we have well-established and reliable relationships with a wide network of specialist collaborative partners, enabling us to resource and deliver on projects of all scales and sizes.
